LDS Genealogy dot com is a massive set of links to genealogical records, collections, and websites. It includes links to free resources as well as those resources that require a subscription. I encourage you to read the website’s FAQ page, which is at: LDSGenealogy.com/faqs.htm
Contrary to what one might surmise about the title – the site is not owned by the LDS Church. The LDS actually stands for Learning, Directory, and Source Finder. The site is owned by one individual, Jeniann Nielsen.
One of my favorite things about the site is that you can access links by type of record in addition to location. Not all “link sites” provide this “Both ways” option.
It is useful to have links to subscription databases as well as free databases, although I find that there are many more subscription links than free online links. The subscription database links are a lot easier to discover, while free online links are much more difficult to dig up.
Like all “link sites” there are a number of broken links. That happens frequently when presenting links. It is good to know that the owner frequently attempts to fix broken links. I did find, however, that a number of links to Ancestry dot com were broken.
