The “I Dream of Genealogy” website is not very well known, but it has a set of its own collections and links to other collections. It started in 1998.
From the website: “Here you will find free online genealogy databases, compiled family histories, vital record resources, famous and celebrity family trees, lost and found family heirlooms, genealogy search, and you can submit your own family records to the free databases.
You can also search over 60,000 free genealogy databases – marriage records, cemeteries, vital records from the United States, Canada, Ireland, Europe, and Australia, just to name a few.”
